Setting up FAQs
Community outreach and tabling events are face-to-face marketing efforts where our teams set up in public spaces to share information about a brand or nonprofit. This usually involves a small table, signage, and printed materials where team members speak directly with people who choose to stop and learn more.
These events are designed to be approachable, informative, and respectful. No chasing, no pressure, just real conversations in everyday places.
A typical setup includes a table, branded signage, a banner, canopy, informational materials, and a small team positioned near high-foot-traffic areas like retail storefronts, shopping centers, or outdoor community events.
The setup is clean, professional, and inviting. The goal is to be visible without being disruptive, so people can engage at their own pace.
Here is an example of us set up with a department store, Ross Dress for Less:
Scripted talking points are clear guidelines that help team members explain a brand or nonprofit’s mission accurately and consistently. They outline what to say, key information to cover, and how to answer common questions.
They are not word-for-word scripts. Team members are trained to speak naturally, listen, and adjust conversations while staying aligned with the message.
