What This Role Is All About

As an Entry Level Customer Experience Associate, you’ll work alongside a team focused on creating awareness, driving engagement, and helping our nonprofit partners reach their fundraising goals through authentic, in-person outreach.

Entry Level Customer Experience Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Help plan and execute tailored sales and marketing campaigns designed to increase brand visibility and enhance the customer experience
  • Represent nonprofit partners through direct, personalized conversations with potential donors
  • Secure donations on behalf of our clients to help them reach and exceed campaign goals
  • Handle confidential customer and donor information with care and professionalism
  • Accept and manage cash and donation transactions accurately
  • Create memorable customer experiences by sharing stories, impact, and real outcomes
  • Work closely with Entry Level Customer Experience Associate teammates to improve outreach strategies and campaign performance
